What's New in PharmaClik Rx 2.5.2 HF5 Patch 6

The PharmaNet Profile should display when a prescription is manually processed for a patient in a non-retail group. The PharmaNet Profile will continue to be suppressed in the following situations:

• If the prescription is batched.

• If the patient's Status is set to Animal.

• If the PharmaNet Profile was viewed already by the same user on the same workstation while processing consecutive prescriptions.

• If the network is down.

When a prescription that originated from a third-party refill service (e.g. Amjay) is cancelled or rebilled, the Author of the Dispense Reversal message will now be the pharmacist associated with the current logged in user. The Detected Issue, "Provider Submitted as the Author was not Recognized," will no longer be returned by NB DIS.

The DIS DIN/PIN specified in the Drug or Mixture Folder's Alternatives tab will now be padded with leading zeroes to a total of 8 digits at the time of DIS transmission. This will address the "Opinions PIN does not Exist" Detected Issue that was returned by NS DIS for imported prazosin products.

Leading zeroes for the DIS DIN/PIN will be auto-inserted in the background. They will not be visible from the front end.

The Dispense Pickup preference in More > Newfoundland > DIS Preferences has been disabled and set to 'Manual' for stores who do not have the Digital Workflow feature activated and are not POS-integrated. To improve the accuracy of the pickup date and time listed on the EHR, users must manually submit the Dispense Pickup transmissions to NL DIS as close to the actual date and time of pickup as possible. This can be done from the Completed tab or Rx Detail EHR tab. This change was implemented to comply with the Standards of Pharmacy Operation for Community Pharmacies set out by the Newfoundland and Labrador Pharmacy Board.

The Group ID field has been enabled for the MDM third party plan to allow transmission of this ID during claim adjudication.
